LET’S BUILD SOMETHING MEANINGFUL.
07 / KEEP EVOLVINGOur work

Support & Growth

Launch is the start of the next chapter.

We help keep your website working and evolving with your business. We organise requests, set priorities and make clear which work belongs to ongoing support and which needs a separate development stage.

01 / THE RIGHT FIT

When it’s the right fit.

Businesses without an in-house technical team

When you need a clear point of contact for fixes, content updates and technical questions without building a separate development department.

Products after launch

When user feedback, new business needs and regular improvements begin to shape the next version of a working product.

Companies handing over a website

When the previous team has finished and you need to understand the code, access, hosting and options for ongoing maintenance.

02 / THE SCOPE

What we do.

Support begins with getting to know the project. Format, request handling times and scope are agreed around your system and your needs.

01

Project onboarding

We review the code, platform, documentation and connected services. We clarify account ownership and data locations to establish the real support scope.

02

Fixing issues

We reproduce errors, describe their impact and investigate the cause. Priority is agreed according to the affected user actions and business operations.

03

Planned updates

We review platform and dependency updates, including compatibility. Significant changes include a verification plan and a way to return to the previous state.

04

Content and new sections

We add agreed pages, content, forms and interface elements. Routine content updates are separated from changes requiring new design or logic.

05

Operational checks

Under the agreed plan, we check availability, key journeys and error notifications. We clarify responsibility for backups and data recovery.

06

Product development

We maintain a list of ideas and tasks, assess dependencies and plan the next stages. After updates, we explain what changed and what your team should review.

03 / THE PROCESS

From conversation to a working result.

  1. 01

    Get to know the system

We carry out an initial review and collect a list of services and available documentation. We identify constraints and assess readiness for support.

  2. 02

    Agree on the working arrangement

We define the contact channel, working hours, priorities, scope and estimation process. Critical incidents and responsibilities are discussed separately.

  3. 03

    Implement and verify

We take on agreed tasks, prepare changes and check their effects. Significant updates are estimated and approved before implementation.

  4. 04

    Report and plan

We record completed work, unresolved questions and next priorities. The support arrangement is reviewed as the product’s needs change.

04 / CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

What you take away.

What you receive

  • An agreed support format and request process
  • Completed and verified tasks within the agreed scope
  • A clear record of changes, risks and open questions
  • A development plan and updated technical project information

Cost and timing

We can work on individual tasks or provide ongoing support with an agreed scope. Cost depends on the project’s condition, change complexity and working arrangement. Around-the-clock availability and fixed response times require separate agreement.

What shapes the estimate

  • Technical condition, platform and documentation quality
  • Request frequency, content volume and complexity of changes
  • Agreed support hours, monitoring and critical workflows
FOR OUR FIRST CONVERSATION

Where to begin.

If some materials are not ready yet, we can start with your goal and work through the rest together.

  • Website address, platform and a short description of its current state
  • A list of issues, planned changes and priorities
  • Repository, hosting, domain and connected service details
  • Your preferred working arrangement and a responsible contact person
05 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Good to know.

Do you support websites built by other developers?

We can consider this after a technical review. We need to check the code, platform, access and ability to reproduce the project. If significant limitations exist, we propose preparation work and a separate estimate first.

Can we contact you for a single task?

Yes. Describe the issue, desired outcome and, where possible, steps to reproduce it. After an initial review, we clarify the scope and estimate. Ongoing support is not a requirement for one-off work.

Is support available 24/7?

Standard hours and request handling are agreed before we start working together. Around-the-clock coverage or guaranteed response times need separate arrangements. Please identify critical workflows during the initial discussion.

Are new features included in support?

That depends on the agreed scope. Small changes may fit the current plan, while a new module, integration or major redesign receives a separate estimate. We agree on the budget impact before starting that work.
