LET’S BUILD SOMETHING MEANINGFUL.
03 / COMMERCEOur work

E-commerce

From finding a product to placing an order.

We design around two people: the customer who wants to find and order a product easily, and your team who needs to fulfil that purchase. We work through the catalogue, data, interface and operations before development begins.

  • Product catalogue
  • Checkout
  • Order management

01 / THE RIGHT FIT

When it’s the right fit.

Brands with their own products

When you need a sales channel with your brand’s character, control over your product range and direct relationships with customers.

Growing stores

When social media sales are no longer enough and manually managing products and orders takes too much of your team’s time.

Sellers with complex catalogues

When products have variants, specifications or different purchasing terms, and customers need useful filters and comparisons to choose.

02 / THE SCOPE

What we do.

We begin by mapping the product range and sales process. The platform and integrations are chosen around how your store operates and the available budget.

01

Catalogue and product data

We plan categories, attributes, variants, pricing and availability. We clarify the data source and import rules so your catalogue can be maintained after launch.

02

Search and selection

We build navigation, filters and sorting around the relevant product attributes. We consider empty results, unavailable products and ways back to a useful selection.

03

Product pages

We present photography, specifications, variants, prices and purchase terms. Delivery and returns information comes from your team.

04

Cart and checkout

We agree on checkout steps, required fields and total calculations. We implement error states, data validation and order confirmation.

05

Payments and delivery

We connect the agreed services using your business accounts. We check successful, cancelled and failed payments, along with the required order data transfer.

06

Management and launch

We configure the agreed product and order tools, team roles and notifications. We verify a test purchase and explain the store’s everyday workflow.

03 / THE PROCESS

From conversation to a working result.

COMMERCE ON EVERY SCREENComfortable shopping on any device.
  1. 01

    Map the sales process

We clarify your range, markets, languages, payment methods and delivery options. We identify your inventory system and who will process orders.

  2. 02

    Design the purchase journey

We agree on the catalogue structure and main journeys. We design search, product pages, cart and checkout for different screens.

  3. 03

    Build and integrate

We develop the store, configure product data and connect the agreed services. Synchronisation and statuses are checked where included in the scope.

  4. 04

    Verify the full cycle

We follow the journey from choosing a product to processing an order. We agree on launch, hand over access and explain the system to your team.

04 / CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

What you take away.

What you receive

  • A responsive store with the agreed catalogue and purchase journey
  • Payment, delivery and notification methods within the agreed scope
  • Tools to manage products and orders
  • Integration documentation, access and team instructions

Cost and timing

Cost depends on product structure and sales rules as well as product count. Initial content, data migration and external services are considered separately. We discuss payment provider fees and plans before connecting them.

What shapes the estimate

  • Product variants, categories, filters and import volume
  • Pricing, discount, delivery and customer access rules
  • Payment, CRM, warehouse and inventory integrations
FOR OUR FIRST CONVERSATION

Where to begin.

If some materials are not ready yet, we can start with your goal and work through the rest together.

  • A sample product database with attributes and photography
  • Sales, payment, delivery and returns terms
  • A list of existing services and required integrations
  • A description of how your team currently handles orders
05 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Good to know.

Which platform will the store use?

We choose after clarifying your catalogue, integrations and management requirements. We compare suitable options by functionality, support and ongoing cost to avoid unnecessary complexity.

Can products be migrated from an existing store?

Yes, after reviewing the export format and data quality. We agree on what to transfer: products, photographs, categories or other data. Order history and customer account migration are estimated separately.

Do we need our own payment provider accounts?

Yes. Payment contracts and accounts must belong to your business. We can implement the technical integration for the agreed service. The provider determines onboarding requirements, business verification and fees.

Can we start with a small store?

Yes. We identify the essential features for real sales and plan complex loyalty programmes, additional integrations or new markets for later stages. The first release is defined before development.
