Information we receive
The brief form requires your name and a reply contact: email, phone or Telegram. Your idea, project type and estimated budget are optional. The form also sends the selected language and, for an enquiry from a service page, the service name.
When you contact us directly, we receive your message and the contact details you provide. Please do not include passwords, payment credentials or sensitive information that is unnecessary for discussing your project.
Why we use information
We use contact details and briefs to reply, clarify requirements, prepare a proposal and, if agreed, deliver your project. The basis for this processing is taking steps at your request before entering a contract or performing that contract.
Technical information supports website operation, abuse prevention and checking the enquiry journey. For this we rely on our legitimate interest in website reliability and security, taking your rights into account. Where separate processing requires consent, it must be requested separately; reading this policy is not consent to advertising.
Browser storage and events
Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser until you change it or clear site data. After an attempted brief submission, the time, language and page category are stored in the tab’s session storage. The entry is removed on return from the form or when the tab closes; a return is counted only within 30 minutes.
The website records contact-link clicks, attempted form submissions and returns from the form service: event type, page category, language, contact channel and the country supplied by the host. Brief fields and user identifiers are not added to these events. Events are not sent when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Hosting infrastructure may separately process IP addresses and technical request logs.
Services involved
The form sends your brief to FormSubmit for delivery to qodevra@gmail.com; that service may display an anti-spam check. Email is handled by Google/Gmail and the website is hosted on Vercel. Telegram and Instagram links open the respective external services.
Provider infrastructure may be located outside Ukraine and the European Economic Area. Their processing, retention and international transfer information is available through the links below. Contact us about information you have provided to QODEVRA.
Retention and protection
How long correspondence is kept depends on whether a project discussion or delivery is ongoing and whether records are needed to evidence agreements, meet legal requirements or resolve a dispute. Data should not be kept longer than needed for these purposes. Contact us to clarify retention or request deletion of your enquiry.
Retention of technical logs and information held by external services depends on their settings and policies. This website uses HTTPS for data transmission; no internet transmission method provides absolute protection.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing or object to processing. Where applicable law provides a right to data portability, you may also request it. Consent, where it is the basis for processing, can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
